Shake before use, product is thinner than a typical conditioner so the nutritious formula can be easily poured from the carton. Massage throughout wet hair & rinse. Use after Nourishing Shampoo.

Why is this shampoo/conditioner packaged in a carton?

We are committed to finding more sustainable packaging options! We did a full life-cycle analysis of recyclability, manufacturing, transportation & more, which showed our cartons have a lower environmental impact than plastic, glass or aluminum.
Can I keep it in the shower for a prolonged time?

Yes! Our carton has been tested water-resistant & shower-friendly. While it is constructed with Certified paper, it has a thin layer of both plastic & aluminum to ensure the integrity of the carton from the outside & maintaining the product inside.
Is the carton packaging recyclable?

If you can recycle milk cartons where you live, you can recycle these cartons. If you are unsure about the recycling rules in your municipality, then we recommend checking your local town or city website for clarity.
The formula isn’t as thick as I am used to, is that normal?

Yes, it has been specially designed to pour smoothly and maximize your use. It may be slightly thinner than a normal shampoo-conditioner for ease of use. Due to the carton material, we do not recommend squeezing the packaging to release more product.
